Don J. Fontaine

Don J. Fontaine, passed away on October 9, 2022, at the age of 81. He is survived by his loving wife, Elaine O. Fontaine; son, Steven Fontaine (Ashley); brother, Daryl Fontaine (Robin); grandchildren, Courtney Drago (Chris), Kevin McDaniel (Rachel), and Christopher Gage Fontaine; stepchildren, Keli Taylor (Jotie), and Rick LaCombe (Pennie); step-grandchildren, Julie, Dustin, Austin and Carly; great-grandchildren, Nathan, Landon, Emmitt, and Ava; sister-in-law, Debra Fontaine; and his son-in-law, Larry McDaniel.

He was preceded in death by his first spouse, Patricia Fontaine; parents, Dale and Annie Lou Tassin Fontaine; daughter, Connie McDaniel; sister, Darla Rose; brother, Dwight Fontaine; and nephew, Dale.

Don was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was a proud veteran of the US Armed Forces and a devoted Christian, who helped serve at the church with anything they needed done. He was always a gentleman and always generous towards others. Don loved to travel and loved good food.
