

Donna Burris Zanca, age 60, native of Ponchatoula, LA and resident of Baton Rouge, died Thursday, April 19, 2012 at her residence. She was coowner of Harley Davidson of Baton Rouge and Hammond Harley Davidson. She was an educator for the Tangipahoa Parish School board for 20 years retiring in 1994. She is survived by her husband of 38 years Malcolm Zanca of Baton Rouge, sisters Judy Burris Geary and Husband Dennis of Lake Villa, IL Patty Burris Hubert and husband Paul of Ponchatoula, LA , mother-inlaw Clare Auderer Zanca of Baton Rouge, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Barrie and Esther Zanca of Metairie, uncle Ralph A Riles of Baton Rouge, niece Karin Mollere Petz and husband Rene, great nephew Joseph Petz, all of Albany, LA. She had two beloved "children" Haley Noel and Buddy and her extended Harley Davidson family . She was preceded in death by her parents Donald W. and Mildred Roussel Burris. Visitation will be held at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, La., Sunday from 5:00pm to 9:00pm and Monday from 9:00am until the religious service in the funeral home chapel at 11:00am, conducted by the Rev. George Zanca. A graveside service will be held at 1:00pm Monday at Ponchatoula Cemetery in Ponchatoula.
