Emma Jean Roy Alello was born on January 23, 1939, and she earned her angel wings Tuesday, March 1, 2016. She was a native and lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Pearlie DeWailly Roy and Edwin James Roy. She is survived by her five children, Kathy Bueche, John Alello, Jr., Wendy Alello, Mark Alello and Jamie, and Todd Alello and Penny; seven grandchildren DeAnna Alello Dardar and Ryan, Melissa Bueche Ruiz and Jacob, Stephanie Alello, Jaclyn Alello Aucoin and Derek, Sarah Alello Sibley and Jacob, Madeline Alello and Kimberly Alello; and five great grandchildren, Logan, Hannah, and Chase Dardar, Trace Aucoin, and Darryl Sibley. She is also survived by her brother Jay Roy and wife Nita and their children Brian and Katrina. Visitation will be held at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church on Saturday, March 5, from 9 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m.
