A native and resident of Baton Rouge, she died Monday, Dec. 13, 2010, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 80. She was a graduate of St. Joseph Academy and retired from City National Bank as vice president. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government St., on Thursday, Dec. 16, from noon until religious service at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Deacon Richard Grant officiating. Interment in Roselawn Memorial Park. Survivors include her son, Richard J. "Ricky" Jerome; five grandchildren, Kim Cottone and husband Joey, Troy Jerome, Heather Dunlap-Williams and husband Ronnie, Jennifer Jerome Clement, Girvus Johnson III and wife Jodie; and nine great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, J.B. "James" Quinn; daughter, Deborah Jerome Johnson; parents, Dewey J. Sanchez and Annie S. Sanchez; and stepmother, Myrtle Mayer Sanchez. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church.
