Floyd M. Boudreaux, born in Branch, Louisiana, on Friday, the 30th of July 1937, passed away peacefully at his home in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on Thursday, the 11th of March 2021, at the age of 83 years. He retired from the State of Louisiana after thirty-one years of service. Floyd was a parishioner at the former St. Louis King of France Catholic Church and later moved to St. Thomas More Catholic Church. He was also a member of the Capital City Council of the Blind. Floyd is survived by his wife, Sandra Loomis Boudreaux; his children: Jenifer Stall and her husband Allen G. Stall of Prairieville, Louisiana, and Michael Joseph Boudreaux and his wife Leslie M. Boudreaux of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee; as well as four grandchildren: Alexie and John Allen Stall, and Samantha and Michelle Boudreaux. He is also survived by four sisters: Eldine M. Boudreaux, Linda Morgan, and Glenda Faye Boudreaux, all of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Drusilla Boudreaux of Prairieville, Louisiana; as well as one brother, Carl Boudreaux of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is preceded in death by his mother, Lula Savoy Boudreaux; two sisters: Theresa Brady and Loretta Jagneaux; and one brother, Glenn Boudreaux. A Committal Service led by Deacon Joe Scimeca will be held at 11 o’clock on the morning of Tuesday, the 16th of March, 2021 at Greenoaks Memorial Park, 9595 Florida Boulevard, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70815.
