Gary Michael Gray Sr., a native and resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2009. He was 47 and a carpenter in the construction industry. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East chapel, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Tuesday, March 10, from 10 a.m. until a memorial service at noon, conducted by the Rev. Tom Ranzino. Survived by his wife, Lisa Davidson Gray; daughter, Michaela Renee Gray; son, Gary "Michael" Gray Jr.; parents, Grady W. and Linda S. Gray; granddaughter, Kylie Crifasi; three aunts, Bootsy Smith, Sharon Crank and Sue Longman; uncle, Bo Sharp; very close nieces, Emily and Jillian Gray; many relatives in Texas and close friends, Barry Favron and Bart Shattuck. Preceded in death by his brothers, Jeff and Guy Gray. Gary attended Southeast Middle School where he participated in many sports and graduated from Woodlawn High School. He was a big LSU fan.
