Glen Doris Painter

Glen passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at Landmark of Baton Rouge. She was born November 12, 1925, in Baton Rouge and is survived by her brothers and sister-in-laws, Vernon&Betty Tucker of Dallas, TX, Joe (Dodee)&Carole Tucker and Winnie Tucker of Baton Rouge; 8 nieces, 3 nephews and numerous great nieces and great nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Painter; her parents, Joseph L. Tucker, Sr. and Lula Neff Tucker; brother and sister-in-law, Curwood&Florence Tucker; brother, Hayden Tucker; sister, Lula Belle Tucker; niece, Toni Marie Tucker; and nephew, Trek Tucker. Visitation will be at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, 445 Marquette Ave, BR, LA 70806, on Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at 9:00 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am. Interment to follow in Roselawn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her nephews Buster, Hayden&Trent Tucker and her great nephews, Hunter Garrett, Matt Smith, Brennen&Blaine Tucker. Glen loved her family and her many friends and she will be greatly missed by all.
