A loving mother and grandmother passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on Thursday, March 3, 2016, at the age 64. She showed unwavering spirit and strength throughout her life and has reunited with her soulmate, Clint. She is survived by her son, Karl Kracher; daughters, Amanda Chambers and fiancé Russell Williams, Samantha Simonton and husband Jeff; grandchildren, Logan, Layla, Audrey, and Samuel; sisters, Donna Vickers, Susan Loflin, and Bettye Maddux; and her feline family, Kory and Angel. She is preceded in death by her husband, Clinton Lee Chambers; and parents, Herlin G. and Dollye Faye Smith. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Sunday, March 6, 2016, from 4 PM until 7 PM. Visitation will resume on Monday, March 7, 2016, at 10:30 AM until funeral service at 12 PM. Interment will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. The family would like to thank her medical team, Canon Hospice, and the supporters of Glenda’s Journey for your love and support.
