"Helen Way passed away on Sunday January 20, 2019 at the age of 85. Helen was born on February 18, 1933 in Mount Vernon, IL. She was a graduate of Little Rock High School in Little Rock, AR and was a retired Dental Hygienist. She was very active in her community and with her children's activities. She was a longtime volunteer at Woman's Hospital, and Zeta Tau Alpha and Sigma Nu mothers' clubs. She is predeceased by her parents, a sister Virginia Oliver, her husband William S. Way, Sr., and a daughter Sandra M. Way. She is survived by her Son William S. Way, Jr., and a daughter Tracie A. Way both of Baton Rouge, LA. Visitation will be Saturday, January 26, 2019, 9:30 am until funeral services at 11:00 am at St. James Episcopal Church in Baton Rouge, LA. Rabenhorst Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. James Episcopal Church Food Pantry, or a Food Bank of your choice.
