Jacquelin Ann Boudreaux

Slipped away peacefully in her sleep during the early hours of Tuersday moring in the home she shared with her devoted husband of 25 years David. She is survived by her sons, Blaine Carruth of Metairie and Wade Carruth of Baton Rouge, stepsons Michael Boudreaux of Desert Palm, CA and Mark Boudreaux of St. Stephens, Canada, one sister Catherine Lenhart Schober of Baton Rouge, grandchildren Jacob and Julia Carruth, and niece Alexandra Schober. Preceded in death by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Henry J. Lenhart, Jr. of Baton Rouge, daughter Karynn (KC) Carruth Kelly of Rogers AR., aunt Elise Simone Brown of Baton Rouge, maternal grandparents Marie Decuirand Joseph T. Samson Sr. of New Roads, maternal great aunt LenaGuerin, paternal grandparents Lee Etta McLaughlin and Henry J. Lenhart, Sr. of Baker, and brother in law Dr. Howard Schober of Baton Rouge. Visitation will be at Greenoaks Funeral Home 9595 Florida Blvd. Baton Rouge, LA (225) 925-5331 on Wednesday September 14, 2011 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm visitation will resume at the funeral home on Thursday September 15, 2011 from 12:00 pm until service time in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 pm Burial will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made in Jacquelin’s name to Alzheimer’s Association.
