James Lee Faust

Our beloved son, brother and uncle, James Lee Faust went home to meet Jesus Christ, his Lord and Savior on June 27, 2017. A lifelong resident of Central, he was a quiet soul who lived a simple life. He Loved Jesus with all his heart. It was what he lived for daily. He was an accomplished and award winning horsemen and avid skier. He attended college at Northwestern University acquiring his BSN in nursing and went on to work many years and touch countless lives. Visiting at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., on Saturday, July 1, from 10 am – 12pm until religious service at 12pm, conducted by Pastor Garlin Mizell of Bethany Church. Interment to follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. James Lee is survived by his sisters and their families, Kathleen Faust Robertson, Shirley Faust Lemoine and husband Al, Cynthia Faust Verbois and nieces and nephews; Dawn Verbois, Dr. Sandi Leigh Verbois-Gryziak and husband Richard, Darla Lemoine Patterson and husband Jody, Heather Lemoine Berry and husband Jason, Jami Dufour and husband Jay, Jana Verbois Forbes and husband Eric, Damon Robertson, Wendy Robertson Muse, Nathan Verbois and wife Kathleen Neck Verbois, as well as many great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Lee Roy and Sadie Favaron Faust and Brother in law Jerry Lynn Robertson. Pallbearers will be Nathan Verbois, Zane Verbois, Billy Traylor, Eric Forbes, James J. Glynn, and Damon Robertson. Honorary pallbearers will be Troy Favaron, Al Lemoine, and Jody Patterson. With special thanks to our two dear cousins, Linda Favaron Gipson, Pat DiPietro Landry, for all of their help and support during the last several years. Though a simple and quiet man he loved his family and will be missed more than words can say. James Lee we love you and the world will miss your gentle smile.
