Jamie Floyd Jr. passed away December 20, 2023 in Westlake, La. He was 61 years old, resident of French Settlement, La., and a graduate of Central High School. He attended Louisiana State University and worked for Performance Contractors over 20 years. He was an avid golfer and fisherman. Survived by mother Verna J. Floyd, brother Jeff Floyd and wife Sandy, daughter Jennifer Millet, significant other Margaret Lalumandier, man's best friend, Finn. He was preceded in death by his father James H. Floyd Sr. and brother Jody Michael Floyd. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd. Baton Rouge, La. 70815., on Thursday December 28, 2023 from 5-7 pm. Visitation will continue December 29 from 10am -11am with services to follow led by Reverend Donnie Wilkinson. Burial will follow at Greenoaks Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Raymond Watson, Jeff Neal, Tommy Parfait, Robert Faust, Gary Crumholt, Joey Arceneaux and Jeff Dubois.
