Jonas Edward Heath

Jonas Edward Heath, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2014. He was 43 years old. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida on December 1,1970. He was preceded in death by his father Fred Joseph Heath and grandparents Irene and Edgar Fuhrman and Francis and Ralph Heath. He is survived by his mother Dorothy Fuhrman Alford and Step-Father Joe Alford; brother Kevin (Barbara) Heath; and sisters Denise (James) Fernandez, Stacey Heath, and Jennifer Heath. He is also survived by his beloved Nieces, Emily and Laura Heath, and Cameron Heath. Surviving uncles&aunts are Al and Bernadine Hemmerlein, Dorothy and Kenneth Fuhrman, Janice and Richard Schnarr, Dr&Mrs G.E. McCord, Linda and Bob Rossman, God Parents Gail and Ed Fuhrman, Trisha and Jim Fuhrman and many cousins. Jonas was an Onsite Engineer at PCTEK. He attended Loyola University and graduated from ITI Technical College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.   He loved listening to and composing music, animals, cooking and gardening with a special appreciation for flowers. Jonas was a kind and compassionate person who went out of his way to help family, friends and acquaintances. The accolades on Social Networks are symbolic of his generous and positive personality. Jonas loved his family dearly. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, especially his family. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Saturday, May 31, 2014 in the Common Room, at Trinity Episcopal Church, (3552 Morning Glory Avenue, Baton Rouge, La 70808 phone 225-387-0396). A memorial services will follow in the Church at 11:00 a.m.
