My Dear Loving Big Brother Joey,

You were the best big brother the good Lord could have blessed me with. You were always there to support and encourage me and others. I wish we had more time to talk with each other on this Earth. However, the good Lord wanted you to go home with him.

Joey, you will be missed, but never forgotten. I LOVE YA O & I'LL SEE YOU IN PARADISE!!

Joey,

I have a lifetime of memories with you from your birth throughout all your school years. You were a good student, played little league baseball & basketball at U-High, attended college, got married, and became a dad and a granddad!! You were a wonderful son, big brother, husband, and dad to your kids!

My most recent memory is when you became ill. I am most grateful that I was able to spend lots of quality time with you, getting to know you all over again. We talked about the good ol' days with your brothers & sisters and your life as a husband & father. We talked about our God and your faith and how you were enjoying your life and feeling prepared for the next phase.

You have made us very proud and we have beautiful memories that will last forever. I LOVE YOU MY SON!!

Joe,
Thank you teaching me so much about life, always putting God first and looking out for your family's best interest. I am and will always be forever grateful to have had such a loving, kind and faithful bestfriend and husband. Your faith in God, strength and peace have given me so much comfort in knowing that you are in a better place. You will truly be missed, but never forgotten. Oh, and even when you were no longer verbal, you struggled and managed to say. " I Love Y'all" the day before you passed, which really warms my heart and put a big smile 😘 on my face. Rest in peace my "Joey Joey"....your One & Only "PJ" will be okay. Your love will always and forever be etched in my heart and I will keep your wristband "God Can't Fail" as a keepsake and daily reminder of "You" and your unwavering faith in God. You were the best, PERIODT!! By the way, I hope you enjoyed your homecoming celebration because I surely did!!I LOVE YOU!!
Love,
Pat

My favorite memory of Joe has to be my very first time meeting him. It wasn’t that long ago, exactly a year and a few months ago. Joe welcomed my brothers and I with open arms and a sincere heart, and for that I am forever grateful. My favorite thing about Joe had to be his crazy facial expressions. Joe didn’t have to say how he was feeling, the looks on his face alone would do all of the talking. I found that to be very amusing because I love to laugh, and I know he did too. It brings me immense comfort knowing that it is not about the quantity of my time with Joe, but the quality of it, which was great. Joe, I feel so privileged to have known a person so eccentric as you, and to be your granddaughter. I love you, and I will miss you.

There is no doubt about it I loved my grandpa I wish I could have more time with him just to talk and teach me things but I'm grateful for the time I had with him and I hope that he is in a better place now and he doesn't have to worry about anything and is watching over us and all of his family .

PS(I love you)

My Dad told me "the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree, even if the tree and the apple wasn't always together". He taught me a big lesson in a short amount of time. And because of this lesson I'm a better woman than I was before. He was a God-fearing man and Our Heavenly Father is pleased with his Earthly duties. You will forever be cherished and missed. Rest on Dad! I love you.

My dad was and always will be the strongest, coolest, funniest, most loving man I’ve ever known. He always took the best care of me when I was sick (giving me hot totties strong enough to get me drunk lol), so I am so happy I got to take care of you and love you and pray for you in your final days. You will always be in my heart, my mind, and my spirit! ❤️ Thank you for everything!
