Joseph “Donald” LeSage, Sr. a native of Baton Rouge and resident of Greenwell Springs, passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at his home at the age of 78. Donald was preceded in death by his parents, John R. & Ida M. LeSage; brothers, Cyril, Harold and Edmond LeSage. Donald is survived by his wife of 59 years Gloria Cazes LeSage; his children, Tammy Paul and her husband Hamp, Donnie LeSage and his wife Melissa, Jerry LeSage, and Troy LeSage and his wife Becky; grandchildren, Mandi Garafola and her husband Jason, Blaise Paul and his wife Colleen, Joseph, Leah, and Grant LeSage; great-grandchildren, Bryce and Cole Garafola, Vincent and Ivy Paul; brothers, Lawrence, Marvin and Claude LeSage; sister Florence Kelly; numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation which will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Monday, December 12, 2016 from 5 pm - 8 pm. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church from 12:30 pm until Mass of Christian Burial at 1:30 pm. Burial will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park.
