"He was a US Army Veteran and Retired with DOTD after 31 years of service. Resident and native of Baton Rouge, he passed away September 29, 2017 at the age of 80. He is survived by his wife of 53 years Carol Berry McMillan, daughter; Jennie M. Stelly and husband Daniel and two loving grandchildren Luke and Emily Stelly. He is also survived by his siblings Lerlene Sicard and Edwin Lynn McMillan. He is preceded in death by his son, Cliff McMillan and parents Earl and Edna McMillan. Pallbearers will be Daniel Stelly, Luke Stelly, Jimmy Stelly, Jessie Stelly, Chris Stelly, Josh Kleinpeter, and Jeremy Kilbert. Visitation will be Wednesday October 4, 2017 at Rabenhorst Funeral Home 11000 Florida Boulevard from 10:30am until Funeral Service at 12:30pm in Rabenhorst Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow in Louisiana National Cemetery.
