

"I sought the Lord and He heard me and delivered me from all my fears." Psalm 34:4. Kelly Andrea Baechle, a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, died unexpectedly on Sunday at the age of 27. She graduated from St. Michael High School and LSU. She also attended graduate school at LSU in preparation for a career as a social worker. Kelly enjoyed volunteering in a local nursing home working with residents who have Alzheimer's disease. She will be remembered by her family and friends as a good and kind person who had a loving heart. She is survived by her son, Kaleb Paul Ardoin; Kaleb's father, Kenneth Ardoin; her mother, Toni Proctor Seal; her sister, Holly Baechle Casto; her nephews, Seth Nezat and Jacob Casto; her maternal grandparents, Llewellyn A. and Audrey Proctor; and her many aunts, uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by her beloved step-father, Stephen Paul Seal; her father, Keith Baechle; and her paternal grandparents, Carol and Elizabeth Baechle. Visiting at St. George Catholic Church on Thursday from 12 Noon until the Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 p.m. celebrated by the Rev. Mike Schatzle. Burial to follow in the church cemetery. A reception will be held in the church activity center following the graveside rites.
