Lillian Adelaide Tucker was born in Baton Rougeon Dec. 29, 1930, to Opal Josephine Hill Tucker and Zolly Goebel Tucker. She died on Saturday, April 28, 2007, in the Hospice Butterfly Wing of Ollie Steele Burden Manor. "Lil" grew up in Shreveportwhere she attendedByrdHigh SchoolandCentenaryCollege, where she was a cheerleader, a beauty and a member of the Centenary Choir. She was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings: Zolly Goebel "Sonny" Tucker Jr., Charles Henry Tucker, Clyde Rupert Tucker and Lessie Elaine McInnis. "Lil" is survived by her husband of 56 years, Earl Wayne Davison; children, Deborah, Earl Wayne II and his wife, Marty, and Pamela; three grandchildren, Trey, Jessica Davison Radau and Nicholas Davison; and a great-grandson, Sean Radau. She is also survived by her lifelong friends, Mollie Weldon, Bev Thomas and her beloved hairdresser, Mickey Johnson. The family would like to thank Lil and Wayne's longtime physician, Dr. William Moore for his assistance and compassion. A memorial service will be held at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Monday April 30, from 5 p.m.to 8 p.m.
