Lois Carroll Lott, a native of Gilbert, LA and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on Sunday September 11, 2011 at the age of 77. She was a faithful member of Life Tabernacle Church for 47 years under her pastor Bishop B.A. Spell. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, J.C. Lott; daughters: Libby Adams and husband Wayne of Baton Rouge, and Dianne Bowling of Central; sons: Joey Lott and wife Teresa of Central, Bryant Lott and wife Joyce of Pine Grove, and Neal Lott and wife Beanner of Geismar; 14 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and numerous relatives and friends. Lois is preceded in death by her parents, Mack and Easter Carroll; grandson, Lance Lott; son in law, Tony Bowling; 7 brothers and 3 sisters. Visitation will be held at Life Tabernacle Church on Wednesday from 5pm-9pm and on Thursday from 9am until religious service at 11am. Interment will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Pallbearers are: Joseph Lott Jr., Jonny Adams, Brad Starns, B.J. Lott, Johnathan Bryant, Jonathan Coley and Danny Defelice. Honorary Pallbearers are David Lott, Travis Lott and Jacob Lott.
