A loving wife and mother, Lula passed away at her home on Saturday January 10, 2015, she was 92. Visitation will be at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Thursday January 15, 2015 from 9am till service time at 10am, entombment will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Lula is survived by her devoted sons Johnnie Matthews III, and Glenn J. Stevens, a sister Thelma R. Matthews, a niece and two nephews. Lula was preceded in death by her mother Marie Bergeron Gauthier, and father Albert Gauthier, brothers Dennis and Lawrence Gauthier and husband Johnnie Matthews II.
