Mary Seavey Bridges

Mary was a retired secretary with the Kennebunk Township, Maine School Board. She was a native of Kennebunkport, Maine and a resident of Baton Rouge. She died at 4:30pm Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at Flannery Oaks Guest House. Mary was 92. She requested cremation. Mary is survived by her daughter: Karen B. Hayes of Baton Rouge; her son: Jeffrey Bridges of Pensacola, Florida; three sisters: Eleanor LaFeirrier of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Elizabeth Derham of Springhill, Florida and Cynthia Bensey of Lizbon Falls, Maine; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband: Russell O. Bridges; her parents: Albert&Fannie Coy Seavey; three sisters: Frances Derham and Sara Bryant of Kennebunkport, Maine, and Alberta Shaner of Rome, New York; and four brothers: Wilbur, Richard, Paul and Albert Seavey. She was a member of School Administrative District #71 of Kennebunk, Maine. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: American Heart Association or C.O.P.E.   Rabenhorst Funeral Home East in charge of arrangements.
