Nancy Jane Minton Bourg, a resident of Brusly, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend to all. She is survived by her devoted and loving husband, Steve Bourg; daughter, Tina Gros and husband Kerney, of Erwinville; son, Christopher Pritchett and wife Cindy, of Athens, Tenn.; three brothers, Dan Minton and wife Jeane, of Monroe, Jesse Minton and wife Shirley, of Oak Grove, and Eddie Minton and wife Evelyn, of Denham Springs; three sisters, Mary Minchew and husband Talmadge, of Rayville, Gertie Burns and husband Elton, of Walker, and Yvonne Brown and husband Richard, of Denham Springs; lifetime friend, Jennifer Stevens and husband Larry, of Clinton; five grandchildren, Desiree, Donivan, Devin, Chase and Gavin; and numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. Preceded in death by her parents, Jesse N. Minton and Robbie Nell Minton; sister, Clariece Dukes; and brother, Jerry D. Minton. Memorial service will be conducted by the Rev. Joe Alain on Saturday, Sept. 15, at Hebron Baptist Church of Denham Springs, at 1 p.m. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
