
Natalie Eileen Barrow, a resident and native of Baton Rouge, passed away on January 9, 2026, at the age of 82. She was internationally renowned as a Facial Imaging Expert. Eileen helped to resolve numerous cases of unidentified persons and was very instrumental in the development of the LSU FACES Lab.
She is survived by her son, John Ogden (Marti) of Baton Rouge, and her daughters, Natalie Ogden Raymond (John) of Baton Rouge and Margaret Ogden Kidder (Chad) of Fort Collins, CO. She also leaves behind nine grandchildren: Foster, Hamilton, Avery, and Ruffin Ogden; Patrick, Thomas, and Luke Raymond; and Bennett and Olivia Kidder. Additionally, Eileen is survived by her stepchildren, Vondel, Coleen, Fran, and Randy Ogden. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lt. Col Ruffin C. Barrow and Natalie Lyons Barrow, and her brother, Douglas R. Barrow.
Eileen loved working in her yard, painting, sketching, creating art, and spending time with her family.
A visitation will be held at Rabenhorst Funeral Home & Crematory, located at 825 Government Street, Baton Rouge, LA, on January 17, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Graveside services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Grace Episcopal Church Memorial Fund.
