Amanda “Nikki” Nicole Snow, born December 19, 1980, passed away at the age of 44 on Saturday May 3, 2025, surrounded by her family. Many know her as Nikki, some know her as Aunt Nikki and a few simply knew her as Mom. She loved children and treated them all as though they were her own. She had a strong, unwavering will and was never afraid to say what was on her mind. Nikki always seemed to know exactly what to say in the moment. With those things, came a strong faith; along with an intense loyalty towards her friends and family. Like many, her guilty pleasure was an ice cold Dr. Pepper. She will be dearly missed, but her character and memories will live on through all of us.
Nikki is survived by her ex-husband, Chris; children, Hunter, Madison (Dawson), Noah and Payton; granddaughter, Allison; parents, Romona (Ricky) and John (Jane); grandmother, Ann; brothers, Chris and Lee (Coco); great-uncle, Johnny (Noah); aunt, Linda (Troy); godchildren, Lillian, Julian, and William; niece, Makayla and nephew, Alex and her close friends, Amy and Otis.
Nikki is preceded in death by her grandfather, Clarence Fuller; grandmother, Mary Trump; as well as a mother-like figure, Joyce Thompson.
Relatives and friends are invited to Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government St. Baton Rouge, LA on Thursday, May 8th for a visitation beginning at 12:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
