Our special angel, Ollie Davis Payne was called up to heaven to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday February 12, 2013 at the age of 81. She was a native of Woodville, Mississippi and a resident of Baton Rouge. She was a loving mother, aunt, and friend who will be missed dearly by all who knew her. Visitation will be held Saturday February 16, 2013, 9:00 a.m. until religious services at 11:00 a.m. at the Elm Grove Baptist Church 1069 North 38th St. with Rev. Errol K. Dominque officiating. Interment will be in Roselawn Memorial Park under the direction of Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government St. She leaves to cherish her memories a loving daughter Gloria Payne, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, and four sisters.
