Patrick “Pat” James Dufrene passed away on May 21, 2021, at the age of 55. Pat was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. For the last 10 years, Pat worked as a land surveyor for Richard Price Contractors. He was an avid outdoorsman, always finding the time to hunt and fish, had a great sense of humor, and enjoyed spending time with his friends and his family. Pat will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his daughters, Jessica and Rachel Dufrene; mother, Eloise Dufrene; mother of his children, Kim Dufrene; and sisters-in-law, Michele and Sharon Dufrene. He is preceded in death by his father, Huey Dufrene; and brothers, Lynn and Allen Dufrene.
Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, from 4:00-7:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Thomas More, 11441 Goodwood Blvd. Baton Rouge, LA 70815, on Thursday, May 27, 2021, at 12:00 pm.
