He was 61, a native of Alexandriaand a former resident of Houston. Visitation at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East chapel, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Thursday, May 3, from 10 a.m. until religious service at 1 p.m., conducted by the Rev. C. Milford Walters. Burial inRoselawnMemorial Park. He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Boudreaux Spencer; two brothers, Richard T. Spencer of Californiaand retired U.S.Air Force Lt. Col. Gene A. Spencer ofSpotslyvania, Va.; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Helen Nalley Spencer.
