

Randy Kelley, a beloved father, grandfather and friend, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 28, 2024, at the age of 62. He was born on November 15, 1962 to Mary Joyce Olinde Kelley and Willard Osborne “Peanut” Kelley. He was a resident of New Roads, before moving to Baton Rouge. Randy graduated from Belair High School and went on to be a successful business owner of Special Projects Construction Company.
Randy was a man of many names …. Dad, Pops, Papa Randy and Papabear and was dearly loved by many. Randy loved his children, grandchildren, other family members and friends unconditionally. He had a passion for the outdoors, was an avid duck & deer hunter and saltwater fisherman. He lived life to the fullest, was known to be “the life of the party” and was one of a kind.
Randy is survived by his four children, Randall Kelley, Kortney Kelley Rayborn (Chris), Tanner Kelley and Abby Kelley, grandchildren, Macie, Gannon, Rhett, Adeline, Ruth Ann and Wes. He is also survived by brothers, Dennis, Mike and Patrick, special friend Marie LeBlanc and a host of other family members and close friends. Randy is preceded in death by his father, W.O. "Peanut" Kelley, his mother, Mary Joyce Olinde Kelley, sisters, Marcia Miller, Susan Miller and sister-in-law, Linda Kelley. Visitation will be at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA, on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 from 12pm until the funeral service at 3pm.
