Rebekah Dufore

Rebekah Dufore, age 66, passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2025.

Rebekah Dufore was an amazing woman. She had a light about her all of her life. Her caring nature showed through her love working as a counselor with children at various children’s homes. Her infectious love, laughter, and goofiness will be missed dearly.

Her survivors include her two daughters, Sandy Williams and Tammy Williams; one granddaughter, Angela McDugle; grandson, Christian (Mauren) McDugle; three great-grandchildren, Brayden, Owen, and Adyliah; several nieces and nephews, as well as family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence Head; mother, Eunice Head: sister, Debbie Netherland; and brother-in-law, Bennie Netherland.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on September 13th, 2025 from 2:00PM until 5:00PM at Greenoaks Life Celebration & Reception Center, 9607 Florida Blvd. Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70815.

During this time of loss and grief, our family expresses sincere appreciation for the many prayers, visits, words of encouragement, food and donations. May the kindness be returned to you in the same beautiful way that it was given. Thank You from the family of Rebekah Lee Dufore.
