Robert was born from a long line of Baton Rouge residents on April 9th, 1944 in none other than Baton Rouge, LA. He humbly served in the United States Army as well as worked for the city. He loved gardening, fishing, and various other crafts, but most of all, Robert loved being a father.
Robert had two daughters by blood, April Parker and Amber Parker, and one son he called his own, Christopher Duclos; three grandchildren, Xavier, Jaxen, and Cayton; a sister, Patricia Taylor; and two nephews, Craig Taylor and John Taylor and their children, Lauren, Chase, and Kevin. He loved each and every one and considered himself to be blessed with such a beautiful family.
A visitation and eulogy service will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 4 pm until 7 pm. A private burial will be held at a later date.
