"A native and resident of Baton Rouge, Robert Peter Romano age 65, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Frankie, a daughter Shannon DalPozzal and husband James DalPozzal, two grandchildren, Benjamin and Lauren Lane, brother Paul Romano, sisters, Valerie Romano Minton and Elizabeth Mudd. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Peter and Mary Romano. Visitation will be at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd. Wednesday Sept. 21, 12:00 pm until services at 2:00 pm with burial to follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
