Travis D. Baker

Travis D. Baker, a loving husband, father, and Papa, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at the age of 66. He was co-owner of 4B Plastics, Inc. in Baton Rouge since 1980. He enjoyed fishing and boating at his camp on Lake Concordia, but first and foremost he enjoyed spending time with his family. His strong faith led him to participate in numerous mission trips to developing countries which led to the founding of CALM Ministries. Travis is survived by his wife of 35 years, Barbara A. Baker; children, Paul Graham, Lori Keller and husband, Ryker, Stacie Rasmussen and husband, Andy, Amy Dowden and husband, Mike; grandchildren, Dalton, Kaylie, Christopher, Drew, Travis, Peyton, Raimie, Chase, Bailea, Maggie, Caden, Kanan, and Rhett; sister, Becky Colello and husband, Tom; sister-in-law, Linda Baker; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruth and Dale Baker; and brother, Carl Baker. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Thursday, August 27, 2015 from 5 p.m. till 8 p.m. Visitation will continue on Friday, August 28, 2015 from 12 p.m. until Funeral Service at 2 p.m. Interment will be on the grounds of Greenoaks Memorial Park.
