Vincent Webb Miranda Sr. passed away April 10, 2022, surrounded by his loving family, companion, Lucy Arceneaux and her son Clay. He was a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, a graduate of Louisiana State University, and an active member of the Baton Rouge Community. Vince retired from New York Life after a proud 35 year career. He served many years as a volunteer at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, giving communion to hospital patients. A dedicated family man and business leader, he never met a stranger and will be missed by all who knew him.
Vince is survived by his children, Rene’ Miranda; Mary Simmons; Vincent Webb Miranda Jr.; and Deanna Prindle; brother, William; sisters, Elaine (Inky) and Patricia.
He was preceded into Heaven by his wife of 42 years, Marian; brother, Edward Miranda; daughter, Andrea Miranda; and his grandchildren, Joshua Bombet and Seth Bombet.
Relatives and friends are invited to the chapel of Rabenhorst Funeral Home and Crematory East, 11000 Florida Blvd Baton Rouge, LA, 70815, on Monday April 18, 2022 beginning at 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at St. George Catholic Church, 7808 St George Dr, Baton Rouge, LA 70809, and beginning at 9:00 AM until the Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at St. George Catholic Church Mausoleum.
