Air Force Native of Sicily Island, LA & resident of Baton Rouge, LA Survived by: Marjorie Holmes Cloy (wife of 68 years) Son: Joseph Holmes Cloy (Lisa) Daughter: Jennifer Henson (Ricky) Grandchildren: Stephanie Whetstone (Dustin), Hunter Henson (Carly), Meghan Henson (fiancé Joel), Peyton & Parker Cloy Great grandchildren: Gibson & Shepherd Whetstone, Cooper Henson Billy departed this world & entered his eternal heavenly home, January 25, 2024. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather & great grandfather, as well as 'Uncle Billy' to a large extended family.
