Julio Pérez Narváez

Julio Perez Narvaez, 96, of Orlando, Florida, previously of Bronx, New York, passed away peacefully Saturday, July 15, 2023. He was born in Toa Alta, Puerto Rico on March 19, 1927 to Bernaldina Narvaez Febus. Julio was united in holy matrimony to Rosa Maria Perez for over 60 years. Their union was blessed with five children. He is preceded in death by his wife Rosa Maria Perez, his daughter Jacqueline Perez, his sons Julio Perez Jr. and Henry Antonio Rodriguez, and his sister Luz Maria Davila. He is survived by his son Nelson Perez (Roxana), and daughter, Jenny Perez; grandchildren, Natalie Tirado (David Lopez), Jonathan Julius Perez, Anthony Rodriguez, Justine Niles (Magnus), Amanda Torres, Nicole Torres, Antonio "T.J." Torres (Alexandra Aybar-Torres), Isabella Perez, Nicholas Perez; great grandchildren Daysha Niles, Madison Niles, Tristin Niles, Khole Niles, Azaria Lopez, David Lopez Jr., and Delaney Ascencio; daughter in laws Grace Perez and Amalia Rodriguez; brother in law Jimmy Negron and niece Daisy Negron.

Julio retired in the year 2000 after working for years in maintenance for Tiffany & Co New York. Julio was hardworking, kind, and generous. He was a devoted husband and caring grandfather. He enjoyed reading the Bible daily, playing dominoes, taking long walks, and spending time with his family. Julio and Rosa were devout followers of the pentecostal church and regularly attended service. He and his wife’s greatest passion was helping others. Julio will be remembered as a faithful and loyal person. He will be greatly missed, especially his welcoming smile and favorite hand shake.

Funeral service for Julio will be held on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at 9:00 am. at the Alvarez Memorial. Burial will take place at 9:45 a.m. at Porta Coeli Cemetery.
