Ashley was born May 14, 1998 in Baytown, TX to Amy Greer and Patrick Ridens. In 2002, Amy began a relationship with Timothy Gindratt who cared for Ashley as his own for the rest of her life. Ashley was a vibrant, funny and happy child who adored her baby sister, Kaitlyn.
In 2016, Ashley graduated from Goose Creek Memorial High School in Baytown. She worked for various local businesses but most recently was a Shift Lead Manager at McDonald’s.
In 2020, Ashley began dating Jacobi Patterson. They loved each other for 2 years and were expecting their first child, due at the end of May, a daughter named Brynleigh.
Ashley is survived by her parents, Amy Greer, Timothy Gindratt and Patrick Ridens; her sister, Kaitlyn Gindratt; Grandmother, Dysanna Greer; Aunts and Uncles, Candi Jones, Jim (Amy) Perio, John (Jennifer) Greer, Greg Gindratt and David (Carol) Gindratt; Cousins, Dylan Perio, Trevor (Kassie) Jones, Lucas Perio, Jace Greer, Jackson Greer and Jade Greer; 7 second cousins; and many, many friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John Greer, Sr., Nelda and Wayne Ridens and Leonard and Martha Gindratt.
Ashley will be remembered for her big personality and a smile that could light up any room. She was so sweet and loving and made friends everywhere she went.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2022 from 5pm until 8pm. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, May 13, 2022 at 11am in the Chapel of Earthman Baytown Funeral Home, 3919 Garth Rd., Baytown, Texas 77521. Committal Service will follow at Earthman Memory Gardens Cemetery 8624 Garth Rd., Baytown, Texas 77521. Serving as Pallbearers will be Jacobi Patterson, Dylan Perio, Trevor Jones, Lucas Perio, Derek Taylor, Chris Riker and Jace Greer.
