Ashok Vidyadhar Gokhale

Dr. Ashok Gokhale was born October 24, 1957, in Amravati, India. He attended Liverpool University and graduated with a PhD in Microbiology, he continued his education at Washington University Medical School and graduated in 1991. Currently he was the Medical Director at Bayshore Medical & Emergency Center in Pasadena, Texas. “Dr. G” as he was known to family, friends, and colleagues will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Dr. Ashok Gokhale was beloved and respected by his family, friends, and colleagues for a life defined by deep intelligence, compassion, and integrity. Dr. Gokhale was survived by his parents Vidyadhar and Aruna Gokhale and was the beloved husband of Rhonda Gokhale. Ashok was a loving father to Jared Gokhale, Keya and husband Peter Lee. He is also survived by his 3 stepchildren Heather Daigle, Christopher Parnell and Karissa Odom and 4 grandchildren Lilly, Kiley, Madison and Adele.

The memorial service will take place at Earthman Funeral Home on Monday, May 23, 2016. The viewing will be from 10am to 12pm with the funeral service to follow at noon. Family, friends and colleagues are invited to attend a reception immediately following.
