Billie Rosser Wacusek

Born Jan. 17, 1922 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Clarence and Amelia Rosser, but spent her life in Baytown. Entered into rest at her home August 28, 2005. She was employed by the City of Baytown as its first Switchboard operator in 1954. She also was night dispatcher for the Baytown Police Dept. She was a member of Goose Creek Chapter #798 Eastern Star for 55 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, infant son Danny, brother Clarence Rosser Jr. and sister Leonida “Babe” Coleman. She is

survived by Husband of 42 years George Wacusek, daughters Linda and Husband Erwin Hendricks, Terry Cherry and Twyla Greer. Grandchildren Connie Brown, Skip

and wife Jackie Brown, Lee and wife Kerrie Hendricks, Kyle and wife Kay Hendricks, Cheryl and Husband Patrick Jaques. Clif and wife Angie Moore, Troy and wife Rhonda Moore, Kim Hegwood, Terry Lee, Robbie and Husband Matt Raymond. 17 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home on Monday, August 29, 2005 from 4 to 6 p.m. Graveside services only at Ryan cemetery, Tarkinton Prairie at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 30, 2005. Randy Moye will officiate.

Serving as pallbearers are Skip Brown, Lee Hendricks, Brackett Hegwood, David Hegwood, Clif Moore, and Troy Moore.
