Bobby Hunter

Bobby had lived in Mont Belvieu for the last 30 years, was a retired shipping operator from Chevron after 18 years of service and was a US Air Force Veteran. His enjoyments included fishing, hunting and being outdoors and he was a vintage car buff.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Larry Hunter and a son, Jeffery Lynn Hunter.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Hunter of Mont Belvieu; children, Kimberly Frazier and her husband Scott of Houston, David Andrew Hunter of Mont Belvieu, Melanie Vela and her husband Richard of Iowa and Daniel Ty Hunter of Arkansas; brother, David Hunter of Arkansas; sisters, Linda Walker and her husband John and Patricia Scott and her husband Charles all of Arkansas; 7 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and close friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 3, 2010 at Navarre Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 4, 2010 at Navarre Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Webb officiating.
