Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Jo Ella Helbert; brother, Jessie Helbert and sister, Leslie Helbert.
She is survived by her daughters, Fallon and Delaney Harris, brothers, Jackie Helbert, Pat Shepherd and wife Sheryl, Michael Shepherd and sister, Debra Eastwood as well as numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
Carol was passionate about cooking and sharing her latest creations and loved family get gathers. Nick-named Cookie by a nephew because she was always cooking up something. She will be remembered for her love of family, friends and her BFF’s Carla, Mandy and Angela.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home located at 2444 Rollingbrook Drive in Baytown, TX. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Carol’s life.
