I always look back on this page when I’m in my feelings about it, I read all the memories others have and think about how people say I look just like him, I am his daughter, I am writing this 12 years after he passed when I was 2 or 3. I am now 14 turning fifteen this November, and I still get sad that I never got to experience with him the things I know he would have wanted from stories and the things I’ve read. It really hurts at times you know? But what can I do- all I wish for is just one conversation- one where it’s not a story that’s being told. I know he loves me so much and I would do anything just to talk to him. I miss you dad, and I hope your proud.

To Chris, there is not a day that goes by that I do not forget about my best friend, and all the good times we had together, and the bad times together. We grew up from those times and you've helped me along in dark times. There isn't a time that I do not pass your house and remember all the good times we've had. It truly breaks my heart that you cannot still be with us, but your in a better place now....a place where I cannot wait to join you in. You were such a great person and friend to everyone, and anyone, sure you had your downsides at times but who hasn't. I surely miss you brother and I know your family does too. So again, my brother I can't wait to see you up at them pearly gates! Love ya Chris!d

Chris, Chance Garrity, my brother Jared, and myself had a band in Riverton, we made some good music but we made better friends. Chris and I were great friends, we had some real great times and went through a few bad ones together too like high school friends do - he was a true friend to my brother and myself. With Peace & Respect our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. In the name of Christ The Spirit may he rest in Peace.

Dear Janelle, Steve, Michelle, & Danielle,

We were heartbroken to hear of Chris' death. We did not find out until last evening. 

We understand there are no words or thoughts that can comfort at this time.....people will never be able to understand the depth of your pain, but trust that we hurt with you.

Our memories of Chris are all positive and we remember him as a well mannered and respectful young man. It was an honor to have worked with you and your fine family when we lived in Baytown.

I am very sorry for the family's loss. I was good friends with Chris from Jr. High on and he was one of the greatest most kind hearted people that I had the pleasure of being friends with. I look back and remember all the times in Highschool when we would all get together and hang out over at Chris's house. I think everybody in baytown and highlands has been in or at that house at least once. He was well known and had alot of genuinly good friends who cared about him. It is obvious that God takes the ones we love and cherish the most from us and we will never know why. One thing I do know is that Chris was an awesome friend, a loving son, and a caring and wonderful father. He will be missed by everyone. I love you bro and I miss you man. Save a spot for me and I'll see you when I get there.

I am sorry for you lost. I was your busdriver when yall went to Baytown Junior on Bus 36. I was in shock when I saw this. My niece Kristi was friends with him. I keep saying I knew the name and when I so his pitcure I knew. I am so sorry. He was a very sweet boy. Some days I would have to wait on him to get all of his stuff together while Danielle was already on and we were waiting. He will be missed. Your family is in my prayers.

During the few years of my life that I was blessed enough to get to know you, I learned to love you like a brother and I'll never forget the good times we had.
