Christopher Garcia, 20, of Dayton was born September 15, 1986 in Baytown and passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2007 in a Houston hospital. He attended Ross S. Sterling High School and enjoyed riding motorcycles.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Omar Salazar and is survived by his father, Pedro Garcia; mother, Terry Garcia and her husband Cruz Hernandez; brothers, Pete Garcia, Brandon Garcia, Richard Olivares, Joseph Hernandez, and Reynaldo Cardona; sisters, Monica Garcia, Mandy Garcia, and Amanda Garcia; grandparents, Juanita Salazar and Raul and Lillie Espinosa; nephew, Kaiden Howell; girlfriend, Erny Camba; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Serving as pallbearers will be Pete Garcia, Brandon Garcia, B. J. Cantu, Kris Parmley, Keith Pepper, and Sherman Benson.
His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Friday, June 8, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Brother Hector Estrada officiating. Burial will follow at Cedarcrest Cemetery.
