Donald Lee Holt

Donald Lee Holt, 75, of Baytown, beloved husband, father, brother, brother-in-law, ""Paw Paw"", and friend went to Heaven Sunday, February 6, 2011. He lived life fully, serving with the U. S. Army in Korea and retiring from ARMCO Steel in 1983. He was a member of the Baytown Elks Lodge for many years. His greatest pleasures were times with family, friends, and sports. He especially loved family trips to Neil's Lodges and Frio Country on the Frio River. We miss him already. He was so special.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Nova Holt and brothers, Jack, Jimmy, Paxton, Bill, and Herman Holt. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Lesley Holt of Baytown; sons and daughter-in-law, Donald ""Rusty"" Holt of Brownwood and John Richard and Kim Holt of Mont Belvieu; daughter, Christine Holt of Baytown; brothers and sister-in-law, Otis and Sherry Holt and Raymond Holt; sister, Beth Holt; grandchildren, and Donya Holt; and great grandchildren, Jaden Blaze, Davonte, and Ruby Holt.

A memorial service will be held Friday, February 11, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Pastor Toby Ratcliff officiating. At his request, he will be cremated.
