Felipe was born to Simon and Benita Garcia, February 5, 1961, in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. He married Lourdes in 1992, and they lived together in Baytown, Texas. Together they raised 3 children.
Felipe worked as a Pipe Fitter for Austin Industrial for several years. He enjoyed working on cars in his spare time.
He is survived by his wife Lourdes, and three daughters Arlene Berenice Garcia, Perla Garcia, and Esmeralda Garcia. He also leaves to cherish his memory many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Simon and Benita Garcia.
