Freda Riley Ripkowski

Freda Riley Ripkowski, 83, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, October 12, 2007.   She was born September 26, 1924 in Baytown to her late Parents:  John “J.J.” Jamison Riley and Sadie Cates Riley.  Although her family is saddened by their loss, they rejoice knowing that Freda is at home and in peace with our Lord.

Freda graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Baytown.  She was a devoted mother of four children, wife and homemaker.  Freda was a steadfast, trustworthy lady of great integrity and will be missed by all of her friends and family.  Her husband, Raymond Ripkowski, and son Clay Vincent, preceded her in death along with her parents.

A Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, October 15, 2007 at the Navarre Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Baytown.  Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at the Navarre Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Baytown with a graveside service to follow at Cedarcrest Cemetery in Baytown, TX.

Freda is survived by:  Daughter:  Robin Little and her husband, Jack, of Spring; Sons:  Gary Vincent and his wife Lynn of San Diego, CA and Sammy Vincent and his wife Colleen of Aransas Pass, TX.   Others include Ronnie Callaway and Family, Tim Hayes and Family and numerous other family members, grand-children and great grand-children. 

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to St. Marks Methodist Church, 3811 N. Main St., Baytown TX  77521.
