Joyce enjoyed the outdoors, she loved to fish and working in her large garden. Most of her life she enjoyed living near the Trinity River.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John & Mary Hogan, her husband Joe Mullins and Alton Olive, a son, Joe Mullins, Jr.
She is survived by her sons, Bobby Mullins & wife Barbara, Charles Mullins, Michael Mullins & wife Misty, 4 grandchildren, and numerous other family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 9:00 pm, Sunday, Dec. 12, 2010, at Earthman Funeral Home.
Services will be held on Monday, Dec. 13, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. at Earthman Funeral Home Chapel, Baytown, TX. Interment will follow at Memory Garden Cemetery.
