Judy Kennedy

Judy Kennedy, 89, of Baytown passed away on Sunday, August 19, 2012 in Highlands, Texas. Judy was born February 15, 1923 in East Bernard, Texas. Judy, a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, was a homemaker for her family in the true sense of the word. The Kennedy family was blessed to be able to share many Sunday family dinners prepared by Judy. She will be sorely missed.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents; her eight brothers and sisters; and her husband, Norman Kennedy. Judy is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Charmain Kennedy of Houston and Steve and Jacki Kennedy of Crosby; daughter and son-in-law Norma McCurdy and Jim Brown of Goodrich; grandchildren, Charles Kennedy, Jr. and wife, Katy, Daniel Kennedy and wife, Trisha, Amanda Kennedy, and Eric Kennedy; and great-grandchildren, Soren, Addy, Lilly, and Liam.

A graveside service will be held Friday, August 24, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Cedarcrest cemetery in Baytown.
