

Kimberly Raye Peck peacefully passed away at home with family by her side on Saturday, February 21, 2009 after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer. She was born on April 28, 1981 in Baytown, TX where she was a lifelong resident.
She graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1999. Kim was a very devoted wife for over six years and an exceptional mother to her two young daughters' ages two years and eight months old. She was a loving daughter and sister that treasured every moment with family. Kim loved spending special time with her nieces and nephews. She valued her relationships with a multitude of friends. Kim brought joy and happiness to all who knew her with her great sense of humor.
Kim was a lifelong member at Pruett and Lobit Church of Christ where she was a faithful Christian. The life that she led was an example of putting Christ first. Despite all of her recent trials and tribulations, she maintained a positive attitude and inspired everyone around her.
She is survived by her husband Lance and daughters Katie and Kiley of Baytown, TX; parents, Kenny and Carla Miller of Baytown, TX; sister and brother-in-law, Jennifer and Cody Young of Katy, TX; twin sister and brother-in-law, Melissa and Brian Anderson of Dickinson, TX; grandparents, Frank and Pat Donahue of Baytown, TX, and Kenneth and Patsy Miller of Crosby, TX; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Sue and Jon Hudson of Baytown, TX; sister-in-law, Misty Peck of Clarksville, TN; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Josh and Trisha Bertrand of Richmond, IN nieces and nephews, Caitlen Davis, Abigail and Blake Young and Carson Anderson. Kim was anticipating the upcoming arrival of her nephew Landon Anderson.
Kim will truly be missed by all who knew her, but we find comfort in knowing that she is now in her Heavenly home. Her family wishes to thank everyone for the generous outpouring of love, support and especially the prayers offered on her behalf.
Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Jesse Flowers and David Halbrook officiating. Burial will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Fairview Cemetery in Nacogdoches, TX.
Serving as pallbearers will be Brian Anderson, Cody Young, Randy Cooper, Wayne Wise, Layne Ramsey and Russell Ramsey.
