On the evening of Wednesday, November 11, 2015, Lawrence Dwayne Shepherd left us at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, TX to be with God. He was 53 years old. Dwayne was born in Baytown, TX on October 10, 1962, & was 53 yrs old. He was the first child of three to his mother Mickey Duke; and preceded in death by his father, Ace F. Shepherd; step father, Ronnie Duke; and father in law, Dennis Carroll, husband to Patricia Carroll his mother in law. Dwayne is survived by his wife, Angel Shepherd; only son Michael Shepherd and wife Ashley Shepherd; and only grandson, Brantley Shepherd; his brother, Darryl Shepherd and partner Kimberly Walker Hawk, and children; his niece, Crystal Pollard; and nephew; Joshua Shepherd and their spouses and children. Also survived by his sister Robin Graves and husband John Graves, nieces Chelsey Stringer (& her husband) & Haley Graves. Along with limitless family and friends. Funeral Services will be held at Oakhurst Full Gospel Church, 441 FM 946 South, Oakhurst, TX. Visitation will be from 10:am-12:pm. Funeral Services will begin at 12:noon, followed by graveside services at Center Hill Cemetery, Returning to Oakhurst Full Gospel Church for fellowship dinner.
