Mrs. Garcia was born July 27, 1959 in Indiana and was a longtime resident of Baytown. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church and was employed with the Goose Creek Consolidated Independent School District.
Survivors include her husband, Juan Isidro Garcia; sons, Isidro Garcia and Fabian Garcia; brothers Casper, Joe and Salvador; sister, Martha and grandchildren, Angelina Garcia, Destiny Garcia and Isidro Garcia, III.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m., Sunday, December 16, 2012. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, December 17, 2012 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Deacon Fernando Gonzalez officiating. Burial will follow at Cedarcrest Cemetery.
